ABSTRACT

Truth be told, not many entrepreneurs are known for being great coaches and mentors who devote a good deal of their time transferring skills and knowledge. Most of them, and understandably so, are impatient. They don’t suffer fools gladly, and those who can’t keep up with them are regarded as better off getting out of the way. With a tendency to be demanding and impatient, an entrepreneur-particularly during the “do or die” early stages of a company-has a million things to focus on. Being a teacher usually isn’t one of them.
