ABSTRACT

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and a social business can’t be either. Transforming into a social business means changing your very business culture, but culture change doesn’t happen overnight. Realizing a new business culture requires a new strategy. It takes time, persuasion, resources, planning, teamwork, and measurable goals. And the venture is filled with obstacles, fears, skeptics, cynics, growing pains, resistance, and mistakes along the way.
