ABSTRACT

From the time I was in business school until the aha! moment when I knew that I must form a company that would be fundamentally dierent from any other management consulting business, I wrestled with how to deliver lasting change to organizations. I had successes, certainly, but too oen I noted that many of these successes faded with time. I knew there must be a better way to make change last, and to be able to teach organizations to repeat the process ad innitum, even aer e Klapper Institute was no longer actively assisting the organization with a specic change initiative. My goal, always, is to teach clients how to autonomously deliver future improvement projects.
