ABSTRACT

A er most two-day Corporate Lab experiences, I have the pleasure on the second evening of going out to dinner with all the participants. It’s great to see them in a dierent, more relaxed setting, where we can celebrate their transformation into a high-performing team capable of evolving NAVCorp into a world-class organization. And it’s great to keep the conversation and energy going. Momentum is key aer the Lab. Aer all, these aren’t the kind of people who like to wait around for results. ey get frustrated and bored-and if that happens, they might start to doubt that they can get where they want to go.
