Many of the changes that were so boldly and successfully implemented within the Model Store were not ultimately rolled out through the other KFC outlets. For reasons that had nothing to do with the Model Store project or any of the other mandates we successfully implemented, Priszm sold a number of restaurants a few years later and underwent a restructuring.
