ABSTRACT
Editorial additions to the transcripts are indicated by italics and square brackets, and are of three types:
additional information regarding folio number, content, date, handwriting, appearance, etc supplementary words added to the modernized transcript to clarify the meaning of a sentence speculative words where the original is illegible (with question mark added)
Section titles: where titles are given in the MS I have used those titles. Where no section title is given I have provided a short title in the modernized transcript, in bold and italics.
