From the Greek ἄνθρωπος (human being) and the suffix -λογία (study of), the lexical meaning of Anthropologie in Danish is the science or study of humankind. The study of anthropology is one that encompasses the physical, spiritual and social aspects, as well as the origin of the human being.1
