ABSTRACT
In strategic work, a fundamental understanding of time and its potential treatment have received scant attention. The Third Lens assumes that by challenging the existing unidirectional linear concept of time more sensitiveness about continuity and discontinuity could be created. Such sensitiveness can be helpful in both ex ante and ex post sense-making when seeking multiple perspectives to draw out and engage different dimensions of time and potential paths towards the future. (Parker 2004).
