It is generally said that if we are adequately prepared for something then weare less likely to encounter problems and are more likely to make our activitiessuccessful. This is why actors rehearse, musicians practise and ships’ masters plot their courses in advance. This is also well understood in business where careful preparations are made for presentations, negotiations, important meetings, customer visits, office moves and so on.
