A systematic comparative study of Greek and Sanskrit Poetics and Aesthetics has not been attempted in India and in Europe up to the present day. Such a comparative study is expected to be highly fruitful, specially with Greek Philosophy, Biology and Medicine examined as the background of Greek Poetics, and Indian Philosophy, Biology and Medicine examined as the background of Indian Poetics.
