Russia and the Global Capitalist Crisis

The global financial and economic crisis that broke out in 2008 emerged from the United States and quickly spread to most of the rest of the world. It has affected some countries more than others. Russia (the informal name for the Russian Federation) is among the countries that were significantly affected by the outbreak of the global crisis.
