The role of Coach to engage others centres on getting the best out of people and facilitating team member engagement on the journey to success. It’s a very deep and meaningful role, and can unlock overwhelming performance if done well. Coaching can be tackled in a variety of ways – from the simple gutfeel approach to the formal qualification route.
