ABSTRACT
This chapter is looking at the places and installations for purveying food and drink produce that are away from the site where the raw item is grown, produced or processed. They exist to enable connection between goods and consumers, and when that link can occur best apart from the site of production and especially can be a means most easy and accessible to the consumer.
