ABSTRACT
Wine as it features in food and drink tourism was discussed in Chapter 11. This was because it serves as a particular matter among food and drink tourism. This chapter will follow by discussing some from among the many other items to act as points of focus to food and drink tourism. They have been selected to serve as indicative of the wide cornucopia that is being used. This chapter, therefore, is about certain food and drink items that are being vehicles of food and drink tourism.
