ABSTRACT
During a recent customer support visit I was asked, ‘Can parametric cost models be used to predict the cost of projects with an influence on Technology Readiness Level (TRL).’ This lead to a discussion on the concept of TRL and this chapter documents some of the issues that were discussed and their solutions.
