ABSTRACT
This chapter reflects upon these questions. We will discuss what’s really new about integrating sustainability in projects and project management. We will show that taking responsibility for sustainability is about professionalism and ethics as a project manager. We will elaborate on the principle ‘Personal values and ethics’ by discussing some of the dilemmas that ethical behaviour include. The final section of this chapter provides the conclusion of this book and shows that project managers not only should take action, but also can take action.
