thanatpresent,interviewingiswithoutdoubtgenerallythemost appropriateprocedure,eventhoughitintroducesvarioussourcesof errorandbias.TheseerrorsarethesubjectofChapter15,andthe presentchapterdiscussestheinterviewer'stask,theselectionand trainingofinterviewers,andvariouspointsoforganization.Italso dealswithinformalinterviewing.
