ABSTRACT
Verbal communication is often secondary in the training situation to non-verbalcommunication, but for the purpose of this book I will discuss it first anddemonstrate the process and strategies of VAK. It was stated earlier that this book would concentrate on the process involved in NLP communication but strategies for implementation must also be looked at and evaluated.
