ABSTRACT
Since its inception in 1998-9 the Welland Partnership, comprising East Northamptonshire, Harborough, and South Kesteven District Councils, Melton Borough Council and Rutland County Council, has made significant progress by working together in delivering innovative solutions. The partnership has been involved in national Pathfinder projects and has also produced many joint strategies in service areas such as housing and environmental health.
