A Case Study

The following case study is derived from an earlier work published in 1994. ¹ David Michaels was responsible for dismantling a zoo containing 3,000 animals. The task was to be completed within a specific time-frame and on the understanding that everyone, including himself, would face redundancy if it was not. David Michaels succeeded and now begins a new project.
