ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter is to help organizations identify the best people to be Project Sponsors. We have already seen how vital projects are to an organization’s survival and growth and the key role that Project Sponsors play in the process. Choosing the right Project Sponsor is therefore the keystone for success.
