ABSTRACT

The main subjects in the control of military power are how to deter aggression and what kinds of ideas for preventing war have been proposed and practiced. Demilitarisation of economic and social systems proceeds from the conversion of military industries, research and functions to productive activities promoting human welfare. The continued expansion of one state's military power is challenged by an adversarial state's military expansion and other measures of suitable counter alliance. Collective security emphasises the idea of guaranteeing international security through military domination based on the assumption that peace can be preserved by a decisive preponderance of power. Interlinked political, military and social factors create a multi-dimensional humanitarian crisis often accompanied by violent internal wars. The transparency of military planning is an essential element in confidence building. The company produced military helicopters, but they also faced job loss situations caused by a military budget cut.
