ABSTRACT

Within a year, two of my close colleagues and friends in this field, Alexander Peczenik and Henrik Zahle, passed away. Both of them were suddenly and brutally taken from us. I will remember Henrik as a person who always invited dialogue. He was a colleague who listened. In the spring of 2006 we were engaged in several dialogues on law and religion, on legal history and on his project on a practical legal philosophy. This chapter is a contribution to continuing dialogues with Henrik’s legal heritage. It must be continued in the years to come.
