ABSTRACT
We have explored the challenge, context and imperatives driving us towards the implementation of e-Government. We have also gone through a holistic approach to the issues and the overarching strategic framework to gain an understanding of the whole space. We have used scenarios to show the changes that can happen if the strategy is implemented. This was all theory – How do you actually create a meaningful strategy to deliver these aims? This section aims to build on the theory by giving you practical advice, a roadmap to creating your own strategy.
