ABSTRACT
The paper I will be presenting is part of a research project carried out during the year 2000 under the “Odysseus” program of the European Commission regarding the implementation of the Dublin Convention in Europe. Although I will attempt to provide a picture of the situation in Europe as a whole, it is the German case which will be presented in greater detail
