ABSTRACT
Of course, we all know that accident investigation is a 'Good Thing'. By investigating accidents we are able to reduce their numbers in the future, together with the associated pain and suffering. However, in these days of financial stringency and 'user pays', a rather more pragmatic approach is needed to persuade governments to finance General Aviation accident investigation.
