ABSTRACT
Before we go into the topic of this chapter, we will discuss what not to do. First of all, we will – at least initially – not discuss spokespeople’s behaviour in this chapter.
Even though the behaviour on stage and the message delivered need to be closely matched, we will focus in this chapter on the content itself and the ‘packaging’ of the message. Only at the end of this chapter will we discuss in some detail behaviour on stage and tactics to deliver the speech in a presentation.
