ABSTRACT
Supply chains in China are on the edge – the edge of spectacular development. China’s current supply chain infrastructure and operational paradigms restrain social and economic development and limit the profitable performance of local and foreign companies. Nowhere else in the world will the development of infrastructure and capabilities play such a critical role in achieving the aspirations of a nation and individual companies over the next five to ten years.
