ABSTRACT

Achieving transformational change across the supply chain or the performance of any part of an organization is often a significant and difficult task. To ensure the right change is made – and that the change is sustainable – all aspects of the transformation agenda must be appropriately addressed. Strategy, process design, technical design, implementation, change management, communications and stakeholder management, training, support, and project and program management must all be present for successful transformation. Each of these areas requires a significantly different skill-set.
