ABSTRACT
If there exists a war between science and faith, it appears that science is winning. Along with its ally, technology, science like Charlemagne or Tamerlane is continually conquering new domains o f human living and expanding its hegemony so as to create a worldwide cultural empire. No people or religious tradition has remained unaffected.
