ABSTRACT
Randall D. Germain teaches international political economy at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He is the author of The International Organization of Credit: States and Global Finance in the World-Economy (1997) and the editor of Globalization and Its Critics: Perspectives from Political Economy (2000). His work has been published in journals such as the European Journal of International Relations, New Political Economy, Review of International Studies, and Review of International Political Economy.
