ABSTRACT
This chapter will examine Gender Injustice in Australia and New Zealand. It will initially look at the role o f women in society, and will then examine important legislation impacting women, namely in Australia, the Sex Discrimination Act, and in New Zealand, the Bill of Rights Act and the Human Rights Act.
