ABSTRACT
Decision-making is an important management process, particularly when related to the planning function. Without decisions, nothing would ever be planned or accomplished. Some managers seem to make decisions quickly, whilst others always appear more hesitant. Much of this has to do with their personal decision-making style which is linked to their thought systems.
