ABSTRACT

Communication is one of the primary means by which people structure themselves into the social systems that people call work. Without the ability to communicate, contemporary organizations as people know them would cease to exist. As with the idea of generating measurable objectives, by having the sponsor state his or her position on issues of data confidentiality and use the organization at a later date can support the integrity of the effort beyond just the practitioner's personal ethics. The contents, processes, roles model of communication is a simple yet effective framework for understanding the basic issues and levels of communication in a organizational system. Organizational communication can be conceptualized and understood using three primary dimensions: content, processes and roles. Human resources had gone ahead and decided to survey employees without checking first with the rest of senior management, let alone procuring their involvement.
