ABSTRACT
These findings, when taken together with the analysis of detailed logs generated from both laboratory and field work, provided useful indicators of the range of psychological stresses participants could be subjected to in an immersive experiential training environment. This in tum was suggestive of a high degree of operational fidelity such that experience gained on the simulator was easily transferable to the working environment.
