ABSTRACT
If ever there was a time for clear and effective leadership within these organizations, it is during this period. One would imagine this might involve strong and charismatic individuals who can take the reins and forge a way ahead through unchartered territories. With the future so uncertain, those leaders who can provide a clear and compelling vision that aligns and motivates others to follow seem to be the answer.
