ABSTRACT
In this book, operational disruptions will be defined as deviations from originally planned operations expressed through variance in operational parameters, costs and revenue. Much of these deviations are reactions to external events, some are results of internal oversights, while some are caused by proactive actions taken to align business with ongoing changes.
