ABSTRACT
The content of an assessment centre consists of a set of simulation exercises, possibly supplemented by various other ingredients such as interviews and psychometrics. The core elements are the assessment centre exercises for they are the means by which a participant has the opportunity of displaying behaviour relevant to the target job.
