ABSTRACT
In presenting my comments on the articles by Charles Munn, Alan Cameron and Professor David Kynaston I propose to cite a number of examples from their papers in a comparison with the situation in the Netherlands. This commentary has been prepared in collaboration with my colleague Douwe van der Werf.
