ABSTRACT
THE Husband seised of a Manor in the Right of his Wife, lets a Copyhold Parcel thereof, for Years, by Indenture, and died; this shall not destroy the Custom as to the Wife, but that after the Death of her Husband, she may demise it by Copy as before. Cro. El. 459, or 475. Conisby and Ruskey.
