ABSTRACT
DEBT was brought against Baron and Feme upon Obligation made by the Testator the Wife, and Judgment, and Fieri fac', and Upon this a Testat' Fieri fac'; and upon this a Devastavit was returned, and Judgment was for the Plaintiff to recover; and then the Wife dies: Error was brought to reverse this Judgment: And upon several Debates it was adjudged that there was not any Error in redditione judicii, &c.
