ABSTRACT

With the increase of nonlinear loads in grid signal, the non-stationary distortion signal consists of the grid’s fundamental signal and the non-stationary noise signal (Lin H. C. 2016). The nonstationary distortion signal changes with time and the frequency characteristics are complex, which increases the difficulty of energy metering and reduces the accuracy of energy measurement. Not only is the electricity energy wasted, the safety of grid signal is also affected. Besides, the load equipment which is sensitive to changes in grid signal is easily to be burned (Wu S. H. 2010, Qing 2013). To solve these problems, an accurately method of the non-stationary distortion signal measurement is required.
