ABSTRACT
With the development of electronic technology and the emergence and application of new materials, an information society is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, the display device as the carrier of the information society has been widely concerned, people want to a flat panel display with high clarity, transparency, ultra-thin and compatible with the flexible substrate on the display device (Park S.Y., et al., 2012, Zhi Y., et al., 2012, Hatano K., et al. 2011). However, no matter what kind of display device it is, it cannot be separated from the Thin Film Transistor (TFT). Oxide materials have a wide band gap, a high transfer rate and light transmittance and low substrate requirements, so that oxide thin film transistor in recent years has been widespread concern.
