ABSTRACT

Organic semiconductor material with a low cost, abundant material source, can be fabricated on flexible substrates, and have been found it has special electronic transmission mode based on molecular units which is independent stereo structure, it is expected to make the organic electronic components have excellent properties beyond the inorganic components in many fields (C. Melzer et al. 2010, H.W. Zan et al. 2012, X. Zhou et al. 2015). Organic semiconductor material is divided into three categories according to its molecular size: polymer, oligomer, and organic small molecular materials (H.W. Zan et al. 2012, J.Y. Yeh 2015). Organic small molecular compound is a flat structure, it has good molecular symmetry and low molecular barrier, and so has high carrier mobility (S.H. Kim et al. 2010, Changhun Yun et al. 2010). More importantly, is it is easy to purify, dissolve, and has more film-forming technology, thus it is widely used in organic transistor devices.
