ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter, I focused on electronic databases designed to help users access academic literature. In this chapter, I focus on using more general web sources for retrieving information for a literature review. Whether or not you rely upon these resources to a significant extent in your work, they serve as good starting points for your search, and provide an opportunity to learn about an area that has yet to garner sufficient peer-reviewed literature or broaden your understanding of the topic of interest.
