ABSTRACT
Intrathoracic pathology in the mediastinum is often challenging in the elderly. The presentation and symptoms could be nonspecific and other previously undetected condition may come to surface during investigation. We present an elderly patient with gastrointestinal symptoms suggesting an incarcerated intrathoracic stomach for surgical consultation.
