ABSTRACT
Minimally invasive approaches to resect bony tumors of the chest wall have not been commonly reported. In this case, we describe a novel technique of resecting an anterior aneurysmal bone cyst of the second 2nd rib in a female patient using thoracoscopy and a laparoscopic balloon dissector to assist with subpectoral dissection.
