ABSTRACT
Gastrobronchial fistula (GBF) is a very rare complication after bariatric surgery, occurring in 0.2% of patients after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy. We describe our management strategy in a patient with chronic GBF, and a central diaphragmatic hernia after gastric sleeve resection.
