ABSTRACT
Primary pulmonary artery sarcomas are very rare and associated with dismal outcomes. Median survival rates for patients with incomplete resection are reported as of 11 months. Patients usually present with dyspnea, chest pain, or cough, mimicking pulmonary embolism (PE). We present the case of an unusually favorable outcome after multimodality treatment.
