ABSTRACT
My background in the coaching profession is 34 years of college and NFL coaching. At the college level I was everything from a quarterback coach and offensive coordinator, to head coach at Colorado State University. In the NFL, I was a quarterback coach as well as an offensive coordinator. The NFL teams that I’ve coached for were the Buffalo Bills, St. Louis Rams (now in Los Angeles), and the San Diego Chargers (now also in Los Angeles).
